WRAC provides groups, facilitator training, speaker events, individual counseling, community programming, IWIS, and other services with a small budget and the work of many volunteers. Each gift to WRAC is matched many times over by the work of student and community volunteers. All donations, big or small, are appreciated! Donations are tax-deductible.

Donations to the Women's Resource and Action Center Fund support current services and programs including Iowa N.E.W. Leadership. Donations to the Women's Resource and Action Center Endowment Fund help secure the financial future of the Center.


Iowa Women’s Music Festival

Mark your calendars–the Iowa Women’s Music Festival celebrates 21 years in September.


Shuttle Information:

The Iowa Women’s Music Festival will offer a free shuttle service between downtown Iowa City, near the bus exchange, and the Johnson County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 27.  The shuttle will run once an hour on the half hour from downtown Iowa City, leaving from near the southeast corner of S. Capitol Street and W. Washington Street, between the Old Capitol Town Center and Seamans Center Engineering Building.  Shuttle pickups will begin at 11:30 and continue every hour (1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30), and will also shuttle passengers back into Downtown Iowa City, leaving the Johnson County Fairgrounds at approximately 15 minutes past the hour through the end of the festival (6:15).  Watch for Toyota vans with signs about the Iowa Women’s Music Festival on the sides.
