Support WRAC with a tax-deductible donation through the UI Foundation

WRAC provides groups, facilitator training, speaker events, individual counseling, community programming, IWIS, and other services with a small budget and the work of many volunteers. Each gift to WRAC is matched many times over by the work of student and community volunteers. All donations, big or small, are appreciated! Donations are tax-deductible.

Donations to the Women's Resource and Action Center Fund support current services and programs including Iowa N.E.W. Leadership. Donations to the Women's Resource and Action Center Endowment Fund help secure the financial future of the Center.

Everyone Welcome!

 Members must attend all sessions.

Any student, staff or faculty member at the University of Iowa – and anyone in the surrounding community – can volunteer at the Center.  No prior experience or special qualifications are needed for most volunteer positions; training is provided.  After completing training, volunteers may serve as Group Facilitators, WRACtivists, Youth Mentors, or on the Men’s Anti-Violence Council (MAC).  All volunteers are asked to submit a Volunteer Sign-Up Form. Training sessions are offered near the beginning of each Fall and Spring semester during the academic year. Please call (319) 335-1486 if any arrangements for accommodations need to be made in order for you to participate.
